DP Eurasia N.V. has announced that Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. (Jubilant), a PCA of Shyam S. Bhartia and Hari S. Bhartia, has acquired 40,372 ordinary shares in the company from market purchases on 12 February 2024. This acquisition brings Jubilant's total holding to 137,646,528 ordinary shares, which is equivalent to 93.90% of the company's outstanding issued share capital.
