DP Eurasia N.V., the parent company of Domino's Pizza in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, has released a trading update for the ten months ended October 31, 2023. The company reported strong overall performance, with Group system sales for continuing operations up 37.8% (pre-IAS 29: 110.6%) or 29.4% on a like-for-like (LfL) basis. In Turkey, the company achieved excellent LfL growth of 30.0% despite a sustained inflationary environment. Azerbaijan and Georgia also delivered LfL growth of 7.7% and 5.0% respectively. Online delivery system sales in Turkey increased to 84.2% as a share of delivery system sales, reflecting the company's strong positioning in the online ordering channel. Net new store openings have been maintained, with 41 Domino's Pizza openings in Turkey and 38 net COFFY openings in the current financial year. The company remains confident in delivering its store opening guidance for FY23. The growth opportunity for COFFY, the company's coffee sub-segment, remains significant, with COFFY delivering TRY 264 million to Group system sales, up 299%. The company's liquidity position as of October 31, 2023, was TRY 402 million cash and an undrawn bank facility of TRY 523 million. The company plans to disclose FY24 guidance within its preliminary results announcement in April 2024.
