DP Eurasia N.V. - Acquisition of Ordinary Shares by Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V.

DP Eurasia N.V. announced that Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. has acquired 442,831 ordinary shares in the company from market purchases on 26 February 2024, totaling 138,201,658 ordinary shares, which is equivalent to 94.28% of the company's outstanding issued share capital. Jubilant is a Person Closely Associated (PCA) of Shyam S. Bhartia and Hari S. Bhartia, both Non-Executive Directors of DP Eurasia. The transaction was made at approximately 0.948724 pence per share. The acquisition was disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
