DP Eurasia N.V. - Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. Acquires Ordinary Shares

Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V., a PCA of DP Eurasia N.V., has acquired 59,355 ordinary shares in the company from market purchases on 24 January 2024, totaling 85,142,066 ordinary shares, which is equivalent to 58.08% of the company's outstanding issued share capital. The acquisition was made at a price of 1.09 GBP per share.

Jubilant is a PCA of Shyam S. Bhartia and Hari S. Bhartia, who are non-executive directors of DP Eurasia N.V. The transaction was an initial notification and was conducted through Euroland.com. The details of the transaction were disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
