DP Eurasia N.V. - Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. Acquires 93.96% of Company's Outstanding Issued Share Capital

DP Eurasia N.V. announced that Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V., a PCA of certain PDMRs, has acquired 55,007 ordinary shares from market purchases on 19 February 2024, totaling 137,736,396 ordinary shares, which equals 93.96% of the company's outstanding issued share capital. Jubilant is now the holder of the mentioned total ordinary shares. The transaction was made at approximately 0.95 pence per share in GBP. The acquisition reflects a significant increase in Jubilant's ownership stake in DP Eurasia N.V.
